This sweet little bag is made out of a reclaimed quilt that was in quite bad shape. The little patches I was able to salvage were just too cute and precious to get rid of. Much of the quilt was hand stitched so there are lots of little details to appreciate. As quilts age, the fabric comes with quirks, like faded spots, and asymmetry from its original handmade state.
Each front and back is different.
This zipper pouch is a bit smaller than the others, but still the perfect size for a 3” hoop, or for your mending supplies or notions. It would be perfect to store your sashiko needles, scissors, extra thread, needle book etc, or something non craft related at all!
