The Alfred pattern is a beautiful 5 inch wide embroidery piece that teaches some more complex stitches like chain stitch, and thread painting. It is a great pattern for leveling up your embroidery practice. It is more advanced than the other patterns and thread painting does require more of a stitching intuition than the basic stitches, but it is super fun once you get the hang of it!
